SPOILER Theory - Siegfried's Corkian Llevigar?

An NPC in Corkus City revealed that Siegfried is from Corkus, and left his home in order to help people. The Corkian clearly does not know that Siegfried is the hero of Gavel.

This raises some interesting questions. In my opinion, Siegfried would have arrived in Gavel at Llevigar port, this being closest to Corkus. Since the border was closed, Siegfried may have promised Corkian technology in return for entrance. We know that the immaculate main city is fairly recent from the library in the city itself. We also know that Llevigar possesses by far the most advanced technology in Gavel. There are some parallels between the plains and Corkus, including electricity/electromagic in the power plant, crucial controls located in the sewers and even Quartron, a primitive mech. The villagers seem a little too insistent to assert that the power plant is Villager technology, and it is very suspicious that no-one in Llevigar knows how it works and they have to call in an external expert (presumably from Corkus). This all suggests that Llevigar's infrastructure was engineered by Siegfried.

After this I believe Siegfried died. Greedy Villagers made up more stories of his heroism as a scam for merchandise. This is supported by the fact that nobody has seen him. It is difficult to believe that Ahmsord got out practically unscathed from a dragon fight, as well.

well I mean there is actually an electromagnetic expert villager in llevigar who was supposed to fix the power plant, he just lost his keys or something so he didn't get there before you did.

 

They never say it's a villager. I think it's a Corkian who they want you to believe is a villager. After all, they're probably embarrassed at their incompetence.

nice theory but i do not support it, since the prophecy room in the canyons has one sign that is clearly dedicated to siegfried, that states siegfried's glory or something like that is a lie and a fraud.
