Rainbow builds were overpowered, being able to have a lot of health, high defenses from all elements, and high damage from all elements... It kind of makes unique builds with 2-3 elements irrelevent.

you don't need to, you spam heal and hit with cancer periodically for 5k poison. You literally watch as they kill themselves by trying to kill you.

 

I love that they're making these nonsensical nerfs on perfectly balanced items and doing absolutely nothing about things that are actually broken.

 

Rainbow needs to be

Extreme defence
Low/medium spread out damage

And it shouldn't be

Extreme defence
Extreme damage

No build should be like that...

The fact that you quote me makes me believe you are under the impression that I am against the nerfing of Rainbow builds, which I am not :I

 

Ok so 1k+ defenses in each element + super high damage + super high health is totally balanced and fair?

 

Maybe instead of calling these nerfs "nonsensical" and acting salty, you could go to the thread made by Selvut that acts as a megathread for all the recent nerfs that are taking place and suggest in a timely manner what you think is "actually broken" and should be nerfed, maybe Selvut or someone there will listen.

With Crit: 4183 ~ 25907​

Effective Average (73.5% critical chance assuming +19 Dex and +13% Thunder Damage on Cataclysm):

( 0.265 * ( ( 2850 + 17651 ) / 2 ) ) + ( 0.735 * ( ( 4183 + 25907 ) / 2 ) )

= 13775 Thunder Damage

Gaea-Hewn Boots are better imo, because of Gemini giving Raw Thunder/,Air, while Gaea-Hewn Boots give raw Earth/Water/Fire.
Also Morph Stardust/Gravity/Gemini/Gaea-Hewn Boots still works for lvl 100 with 2 19 sp Prisms, a Prowess, a 49 sp Morph Stardust, and a Diamond Fusion Necklace.
