Archer/Hunter Help So I Got A Cluster.

So i'm running a water/air archer, and am going to use Cluster as a third or secondary for those mobs that resist water.

Question is: What tiers of Yellow, Green, Red, and White powders would make the most equal damage overall give or take for a Cluster

 

bumbing for luck on someone who I nice and will help me with my dilemma ;-;

 

if you want to use it against mobs that resist water keep it unpowdered tbh

 

just looking for whatever it would be for options, but i'd like to deal more damage to mobs weak to what I can't dish out.

 

I'd say earth then, most thunder mobs are def to water and thunder is weak is earth

What i'm asking is the tier of [Element} powder and in what order would make an as fairly equal as possible damage wise Cluster.

Much like making a Hive weapon a rainbow one using various tiers in a specific order to make that weapon a rainbow one
