Help!!!!

Yesterday. I was afk in maltic and i was on 6 soul points. When i came back i was on 0 soul points and i had the starting bow. I lost a chestnut horse which my friend gave to me,some potions of health, some unidentified unique bows, some emeralds. I am so sad now. Is there a way i can get my items back?????? Please tell me.

 

sorry no refund policy, atleast you didn't lose a mythic or legendary, also if you want to afk do /class, because mob's can sometimes find their way to you or someone did a pmi(player made invasion) to get your items(this is bannable), you can also buy items from the trade market btw what lv are you

As said before there is a strict no refund policy. There is no way to get that chestnut horse back. You can only hope for a nice player to give you one. That being said at level 21 you dont even need a horse(much less a chestnut horse) as every place you need to go to is close by ._.

I thought you couldn't lose horses with the new soul point system...? I'm pretty sure I remember seeing that in the Gameplay Update changelog, so I'm not actually sure how you lost the horse with soul point loss.

If you need to get a new horse, stick with a brown or black horse for now until you have enough LE to buy or breed a chestnut horse. Or, you could try asking your friend for another horse if you're desperate.

 

And, on that topic, isn't it impossible to lose items below 30?

 

As far as I know (with experience of my grandmother falling under 5 SP while playing with me), your statement is true as well. The only things he should have lost if he is lv21 is potions, powders, emeralds, junk/misc items, and (I think) unidentified items.

Any equipped armor/weapons that are identified, as well as your horse, should be safe from SP dropping under lv30 or so. And, the horse shouldn't drop regardless of level (unless there is a bug; maybe someone should test this?).

I wasn't talking about a "mythic", I meant my grandmother in real life that I play with over Skype.
