    I imagine to use it you need a 2nd wand that has mana regen and you swap to warp to get a speed boost and then back to the other wand to heal.

    Think of it like this: Hold wand, run so fast a few fingers get left behind, use other wand to grow back fingers. Perfect!

    Or in the 5 seconds you have warp to run with , which will take out all your mana/health you can use the tp spell around 4 times average which will get you around the same distance in less time
