    Title says it all but ill explain what i want.
    Im lvl 100
    Want a thunder/air build with the leggings thunder sanctuary.
    7k+ hp , good damage 10k + and high dex.
    Budget anything but mythics (i'll try getting a fatal) (with pure luck) (hue hue)
    So basicly

    Dear god don't use thunder sanctuary, only use elemental sanctuarys if you can make up for the health, try static leggings or hive leggings instead of those, :/
