Lost Sanctuary Key Guardian Spawn Rates

I can't find a single key guardian for this dungeon, yet I have 6+ keys for the other dungeons before Galleon's Graveyard. I just wondering if the spawn rates for this key guardian is normally very low, or is it just me?

 

this guardian spawns around the canyon of the lost and probably also certain areas of corkus and they spawn randomly so hunting for them makes it feel like it takes longer then finding them randomly.

 

As for the normal versions, they spawn around the nether area (near detlas, and also where you find a bunch of blazes gathered around) and I think they also spawn in the area of time valley where the relic shrines quest takes place
