Archer/Hunter Help Decent Build With A Low Budget

Alright, since my last build was shit, I want a "pro" to make my builds so that I dont die in the Legendary Island which has uncreative bosses.

Specific Stats: I want high lifesteal, speed, mana, XP, and exploding.(Ordered most important to least important)

Specific Elements: I want thick fire/water damage and defense.

Other stuff:
-I want atleast 10k health (I dont think this will be hard)
-I want fast attack speeds (Just not sooper fast pls)
-I want a minimum of 75% ws, but I'm looking for around 120+

Budget: I am willing to waist a maximum of 20 LE on this build, so no mythics pls

do you know how hard it is to get 75% walk speed and good life steal -_- probably the hardest build i've made so far, and i couldn't get as much water damage you asked for.

Heroism (20% walk speed, 4500 health, a bit of life steal)
Soulflare (lots of life/mana steal, water/fire defense+damage kinda. also it's free which is nice)
Hephaestus-Forged Greaves (20% speed, mana steal, health, free if you finish hive)
Cosmic Walkers (couldn't find anything better :/ but 15% walk speed and XP bonus, also free) or Shadestep (lots of walk speed and good life steal and free)

Jester Ring (skill points, a bit of life steal, XP bonus)
Uriel (pretty cheap/easy to get, gives 16% walk speed which is nice)
Charm of the Leech (life + mana steal)
Spontaneous (10% speed and a bit of exploding)

Djinni (10% walk speed, life steal) [slow but i couldn't find a good faster weapon that worked here :(]

you have great life steal, good speed, high mana steal, decent xp, and a little bit of exploding. your health is a lot more than you wanted but ok

 

Thanks! Ill just add water powders to Djini and it'll all be good.

 

Maybe use Shadestep/Humbark Moccasins.

 

Yeah, those are both definitely possible in the slot, I'd take Shadestep over HM though because HM doesn't have walk speed.

Shadestep's free too which should also maintain the low budget.

 

Can i use this build?

btw can i use anything other than Hephaestus-Forged Greaves?

 

Thanos Legionnaire Legs maybe? (Definitely a downgrade though)
