    Hey!

I'm in need of a good build for my Level 100 Assassin which has high damage and mana regen, preferrably with low mana costs to boot.
I'm not going to be too fussed about the build being focused around a specific element, However, there's a couple of restrictions with the build which i need to be met:

You are free to mention any of these when you list a build, but give an alternative if you do.

    • No Mythics: I'm quite poor, only having around 20LE, and not a mythic to my name. I'm unlikely to be able to afford a mythic anytime soon either
    • Avoid Qira-Items/Legendary Island Items if possible: I'm yet to really do anything with the Qira Hive, nor the Legendary Challenge. I never really got around to the hive, while not even daring to attempt the legendary challenge without a build, so if possible try and avoid any of those items.
Aside from those requirements, i can more or less get my hands on most items in some way.

    Thanks in Advance!

On a side note, Third Eye should be a good replacement for Whitecap Crown if you really want to avoid doing the hive. The same can be said for Memento or Capricorn in place of Gaea-Hewn Boots.

I personally use the same armor set, but Black Catalyst x2 for the rings, Vanguard for the bracelet, and Calming Torc for the necklace. In addition, I use a snowdrift with three tier 6 water powders, which seems to more or less function as a mini nirvana.
