    thanks so much for corkus but i think you shoulda paid attention to fixing most bugs for one patch? i know that there is NO REFUND POLICY in wynn, and no need to tell me that, but for once i think you should pay attention to the bugs that result in so many things that fall between the hands of the no refund policy if that makes any sense, I logged on my archer which was full inventory and i hadnt noticed that i had all my accessories gone, so rather than making new updates for quests, lore, items etc. maybe make updates that fix the bugs and problems that interfere having perfect updates for those stuff.
    my english is shit and if you dont understand anything i can understand, and yes, i know that i am salty because of course i am, i spent almost 30+ even maybe 40+ le for that shit and it all goes in a matter of seconds.

    They are working on fixing bugs. They have already fixed bugs. You do not need to tell them to do what they are already doing.

    I lost a 40/40 white horse to a glitch two years back, I was pretty pissed. I didn't get it back of course, but I made a new one with extreme luck with 4 LE and some good trading deals.

    You can tell them to prioritize things. So instead of making new features like powder exchange, exploration and what not, fix the bugs that cause people to lose items.

    Idk how i'd feel if my mythic item i paid 30 stacks for just disappeared..

    They are prioritizing bugs. That's what they've always done after a big update; release, bugfixes, break. Then some time later work starts on the next update.

    True but isn't the item losing bug really old? Did they ever respond with their progress or issues regarding that bug?
