Mage/Dark Wizard Help Bulky Rainbow Statue Rainbow Mage

So I am currently looking for a mage build around level 91-92 that has ridiculously high hp, potentially decent mana regen (I guess 2 concentrations may do), probably good intelligence, and good damage output overall. You can choose any non-mythic items and outside of that I do not have a budget limit. I would prefer if it is my level at levels 91-92 since I am already aware of the level 100 builds. Wands:
There are a few wand options for this one.

Get in the bag nebby ;). Also I own everything except for the accessories and bob's mythic, though I could use something for mana regen. Maybe theres a good wand for that? And what is a good skill point build?

 

there IS a good wand for recharging mana, but that's manablast [97]
I would personally go with Ethereal for recharging mana

 

k, i'm using sage for it since it has the same mana regen and it gives out xp. What I am doing rn is using bismuthinite for earth, thunder, and air damage with powders. And I am using antipode with extra fire damage. Might add an extra water wand since antipode doesn't do much water damage. Is it okay if I use two concentrations as well as the rings?

 

Hmmm.
Libra requires 35 in each element, pretty sure.
Blue Mask could cover like 1/2 that amount.
Veneer requires 30 Strength and 70 Defense.
You could probably upgrade to that.

However, the morph set gives a massive health boost, even just with the ascessories.
Concentrations could work though.

I guess, but you'll have to run Fallen Factory a handful of times.

 

yea it just seems like a good gaia replacement probably so it can be the melee damage. But for those that have used compiler with earth powders, how good is the wand as a gaia replacement?
