So in nemract i picked this up

You're not allowed to keep bugged items just throw it out. This is probably just a small error by a builder. Where exactly did you find it?

 

You're misinformed.

A builder clearly dropped the wand on build, and that's a problem. I need coordinates if @Quacker knows where he/she picked it up.
