    after corkus, my mana regen is absolutely broken, i have 26/4s mr and every 2 teleports i get stuck at 6 mana or 7 mana, and have to wait about 5-10 so it refills, kinda regretting the fact that i spent my money on the build, it used to work perfectly now its broken.

    16/4s mana is the best you can get without just wasting gear, because when you spam spells the mana cost increases causing you to get stuck at around 4 mana, so you need max 16/4s.
