    In the Envoy I quest, you learn blank powders can be exchanged for a powder. You get 4 t4 ones with the quest.

    Exchange doesn't work right now but they will work once we fix it. It's a simple fix so it should come out quickly, although I don't have a time frame.

    The issue is that a symbol is missing from the powder item that prevents it from being able to be exchanged. However, most bugs are being fixed as we speak and it is possible that this bug that breaks the exchange is fixed.

    Try going on a freshly restarted server if the powder exchange is still glitched for you. If it's not fixed, just wait until tomorrow and it will probably be fixed by then.
