Missions

Sooooooooo. Have missions been removed? I don't have any so I assume they have.

 

I also believe they have been removed. None of my friends say they get missions, and neither do I.

Considering I havn't gotten one in months, yes, they have been removed. And people would always just do /dismiss anyway 90% of the time.

 

I think I've had one after Gavel. Either way, you really need a CT member that knows about missions to say if they have been removed or not.

 

Pretty sure they got removed at some time. It has been causing some serious code problems, so simply they got removed.

As far as I know, missions were removed from the game after the 2016 Wynnter Update because every time they were dismissed or completed it would kick the player, forcing them to restart.

I have no idea if they'll ever be added back, but if they are the bugs in the code will need to be fixed to ensure players don't get kicked.

The missions were evil, They destroyed the player in times of hardships (fighting a boss, dying in lava etc.) and when you finished the mission/dismiss/ or forget about it, THEY KICKED YOU. Simply removed because many people were dying from bosses after restarting.

 

IIRC they made peeps crash
