    you gotta do one thousand meters under (a lvl 95 quest) to use the crane

    (not that it's useful for much after you've done it)

    They should just change the dialogue after 1k Meters Under where he talks about how the ysave people using the crane

    The purpose of the mechanic is to let you know that you can access the void without redoing the sub part.
