Still confused? Here is an example

Person 1: I am holding a gun at your back, do something funny or ill shoot

Person 2: Jokes on you, I have my assistant Lina pointing a gun towards your head

Person 3: Hah, and there's a long ranged sniper pointing towards Linda's heart

Person 4: Well a drone is already heading towards that sniper

So baisicly, think of creative ways to always be one step ahead of your enemy

The spy that guy the plans was in our side all along, so he just lied to you about the plans

Those were a fake nukes, those were real bombs. And the bombs planted were actually planted at a fake HQ, which so happens to be located under a children's hospital and orphanage
