Well like I said, I don't care if it's maxed or 0/30. From what I've seen around the Trade Market, people want to charge a decent amount more just for having it maxed which makes literally no sense to me. If it means having it 0/30 so the price is lower, I'd do it in an heartbeat. I have no problem running around doing things I normally do just to level it up.
