Guide How To Start In Wynncraft

Guide of WynnCraft - Released 04th April, 2017.

You start your adventure, a little late... All the others went on the path to Ragni and you fell asleep at the middle. You wake up, and notice that everyone is gone, but you can catch up with them. You run, go through a dangerous cave, and soon gets to the gates of Ragni. The king is happy that you're there, and after that, everything begins!

Selecting a class

As you enter in a WC (WynnCraft server), you get the screen of class selection. You can create up to 5 characters with Non-rank, 2 more slots for characters as VIP and 3 more as VIP+ or HERO.

There are 4 different classes, that has different stats and its recommended element (go to Elemental Powders for more info)


Archer/Hunter

Benefiting from the highest range in the game, Archers can comfortably keep their distances from enemies while dishing out high levels of damage. But they must be wary of attacks, as their defense is low.

Warrior/Knight

The Warrior offers the mightiest enemies to take them on, as they boast the highest defense value in the game and deal a fair amount of damage. However, for what they have in raw power, they lack in magical prowess.

Mage/Dark Wizard

Mages are naturally talented in the magical arts. While their raw damage may be considered weaker, they offer a great amount of utility and versatility with their spells.

Assassin/Ninja

The assassin is the deadliest of all the classes, exploiting enemies weak spots to deal massive amounts of damage from the shadows, however they endanger themselves by having to get extremely close to the enemy.

This is just a part that I made where I put the places and the coordinates. The division will be from: Province > City > Subdivisions of city territories. (Since the sea doesn't have a specific province, it will be considered a province, though it is NOT!)​

Elemental Powders

A scientist got helped by a person, and he discovered more about a *red* element. With that discovery, he expanded the knowledge about the elements. Those elements are the things that make up everything that exists in the universe. Currently, the scientists know 5 elements. Earth, Thunder, Water, Fire and Air.
Each one has unique powers. For example, Earth helps you to deal more damage with attacks.
So, probably some withces or wizards found out about that and created mystic powders with those elements so they could be stronger. But humans and monsters were able to get them.

(Strength) Earth = It increases any damage you deal. (Recommended for Warrior/Knight and Archer/Hunter)

(Dexterity) Thunder = It increases the chance of doing a critical hit (doubling damage). (Recommended for Assassin/Ninja and Mage/Dark Wizard)

(Intelligence) Water = It reduces the mana used by spells (Recommended for Mage/Dark Wizard)

(Defense) Fire = It reduces any damage you take. (Recommended for Warrior/Knight)

(Agility) Air = It increases the chance to dodge attacks (Recommended for Assassin/Ninja and Archer/Hunter)

You can get an elemental powder, or simply powders, from monsters, or trading with people. After you get 4 of the same tier, you can go to a Powder Master and transform all into one, but with higher tier. Powder Master can also enchant your weapons and armors with that powders, to make them of the type of the element you want to have. Bigger the tier, more numbers change.


Dungeons

You think that there are no monsters in a level you can battle them and get a lot of loot? You are WRONG! There are dungeons, a place where stronger monsters normally live in. Why don't you check it out? There are lots of Dungeons! There are rare occasions where it spawns a monster with a key to the dungeon. I don't need to explain where is all the dungeons, you can find the coords on the key of the dungeon.

I am having some problems. I am trying to fix it, but when I try to do it, it just keeps the same. Even changing Black to None didn't work. Help.

Other than that, though, it's a nice beginner's guide. Ultimately, I don't think it's necessary, but a useful thread to point noobs to in times of need

Try changing it all the none and then reformatting.

What there should be is a guide section of the forums where people can go to figure out quests or Wynncraft in genarl

 

Well, there is the Guide tag. As for in genarl, there should be more redirects to the guide on the website, which should also be updated. Or just redirects to the help section on the site.

I'd say it's not too bad for a guide though. Problem is, odds are new players won't be looking on the forums before playing the server, as they'd likely just jump right in or look on the front page of the website for help.

can someone explain me why reading Coastal Trail makes me want to cry? ._.

 

I've found that highlighting the text you wish to color, clicking the "Text Color" tab, then clicking the "None" option makes it so your text will appear as the default color for all themes. I never see anyone talk about this whenever the dark vs. light theme debate pops up, it's very useful.

If it's not working, try highlighting from the end of the text instead of the beginning of the text and follow the aforementioned steps.

Let's clear something up, there is NOT recommended Elems for any classes. Actual I just remove the under parts of the powders thing. None of the recommendations are true in the slightest. A fire warrior is just as viable as a thunder warrior, and a fire archer is just as viable as a fire warrior as well.

 

Both of those lines are super cheesy and light theme sux
