You can get much higher spell damage on other bows.... Not sure why you want TT for spell dmg

 

I'm assuming you don't know much about the game if you really think intel is important. Torrential Tide is a water bow mainly used in spell damage builds for archer. The intelligence is completely irelevant, just trust me. I can tell you don't know the game too well
