Mage/Dark Wizard Help Glass Cannon Build(mana Regen And Spell Damage)

I'm searching a glass cannon build for my mage lvl92 (in spell damage (meteorite spam))

I have actually this strange stuff:

-Ornamental Plate
-Crystal
-Memento

-Raindrop
-Rainbow
-Squid Anklet
-Royal Stormy Amulet

-Lunar Spine (With 3 air powders T5)
(All the items have the max mana regen)​

I need:
.
-Lvl92 or - items
- Soul Signal
-Use this wand (Lunar Spine)
-Gooooood spell damage
-More than 13/4s mana regen points
-Intelligence lvl98 (Meteorites only cost 3 mana points)
-No Mythic items

Would not be bad:
.
-XP and Loot bonus
-Water/Air/Earth % damage
-Give me a mythic (okay no)​

I have a build for endgame with Capricorn, Aquarius and others items, but no for lvl92

Note 1: Meteorite damage with this build?
Note 2: I can have a better spell damage if I change my Crystal leggings for Leggings of Desolation?

 

would be a waste, with high intel you don't need more than 10 mana you can't spam that much anyways. your build right now is ok, lv 92 can't choose that many gears, besides theres no point in making a lv 92 build u might as well just use cosmic and grind to lv 100

also use morrowind as end game if u want a water air mage its op, just fix your mana situation

but since corkus is coming out anyways i expect you to go leveling a lots
