Need Some Help

Ok, I did try to use the bug report thing but its currently not working for me atm. So im gonna say it here, I've killed the devourer of light 3 times, and I can't get out of the cave it still says I need to defeat him even tho i killed him 3 times. I did right click the NPC and everything, still didnt work. I did /kill myself to get out, but I couldn't finish the quest for some reason even tho i had all the items needed, it just told me to do it again, I did it again for the 4th time, It still doesnt let me out of the cave...

 

Happened to me too!
Changing the world and talking to NPC again solved the problem
To make this sure to work, kill the DoL again, in another world (that will guaratnee it) and talk to the NPC by the cave

I did it 3 more times, switched servers 3 times, killed the boss 3 times, talked to the NPC 3 times, still doesnt work

 

What does your quest book say

 

3 seems to be ur magic number
