    How bad has LE inflation been? Has anything changed? Last thing I remember was the announcement for new quests to make the grind from lv 90-100 easier. Has Attack Speed bug been changed and what are powders?

    you basically add elemental damage and turn neutral into elem and you can get cool specials and passives

    I'd say 4 earth powders since it maxes out the damage if you have a lot of strength and %earth dmg and the special is pretty good

    it should be out on the 1st tho

    with 4 stacks of le, you should be able to buy pretty much anything but some of the most expensive mythics
    tier 6 powders are worth ~6 le
    legendaries are usually worth <10 le except for walk speed items
    also there's mythic armour but they suck
