00:00-00:14- Opening sequence, letters in the logo could be translated?

00:14-00:16- shows the world map with corkus and the ocean border of it, seems to be in a higher isometric view but viewing from the south east, possible world map change?, you can even see behind fruman gate and see entiretey of corkus

00:16-00:19- shows corkus citizens running through a cavern, dialogue: corkus citizen: help! the diner!

00:19-00:20- seems to be in an ahms style building, trial overseer: I am pleased to introduce our 734th queen. fer the sake of our people, let her reign last more than weeks, i on behalf on the rest of the skyraider [unknown] have the honour of decoratin you with the highest celebration of the sky raider [the queens headpiece]
could this take place in the skyraider base in the southeast ahms region?

00:20-00:23- shows a flying mob pelting a warrior with experience orb projectiles in corkus plains ( name shown further down )

00:24-00:26- shows new items,
leggings of haste (unique lvl 79)
sanos care (unique lvl 90)
Warp (MYTHIC lvl unknown)
moulded helm (unique lvl 67)
infidel (legendary lvl 88)
byte (legendary lvl 91)

00:27-00:30- displays the flying mob again, the player is flung high into the air, if you look carefully you can catch the name to be Golden Avia most probably related to the golden avia feather and the uth runes

00:30-00:32- shows off a new dungeon "fallen factory, lvl 90" appears to have animated rotary saw blades on arms

00:32-00:37- shows the golden avia again, flinging the player around, it seems to drop wheat

00:37-00:40- shows legendary island, from the map earlier on we can see that it is east of corkus and between the island and the peninsula coming out of ragni, it appears to be a large solitary temple similar to TOL

00:40-00:42- shows powder exchange, is a long building with 10 merchants, 5 powder exchange merchants seemingly with different elements on the left and powder merchants on the right with the same elements, might be related to the blank powder

00:42-00:45- shows uth rune supposedly, player is in an arena fighting "thrunda slaughterers"
dont know how uth rune would relate to this

00:46-00:47- shows a new mob called "u-45 repaired bot" attacking a player

00:47-00:50- shows a corkus delegate walking through corkus city saying "as you can see our architechure is superior to gavel and wynn"

00:50-00:53- shows a scared creeper (lvl 15) seemingly explode and send the player flying, possible rework of creeper infilitration?

00:53-00:56- shows a checkboard pattern in the wall, with things in it, looks like a puzzle

00:56-01:00- shows new corrupted dungeons, sand swept tomb and underworld crpyt

1:00-1:05- shows new crate rewards
ascended kitten- red and purple wings
imaxelius- purple ring around head
unknown player- red wings with tail

1:05-1:21- COMING EARLY APRIL

maybe its like the emerald imp/power imp/golden cow/crate thingy

 

Possible option for viewing from different directions I'd say is a bit more likely :P
Also Byte is a Dungeon item, likely Accessory, from the Factory dungeon that is being added
Guessing based on the numbers of the stats ALL being 4s and 5s, with no stars whatsoever
And a byte has to do with electronics, which would be necessary in a factory :p

 

Tried. It's not Wynnic. The only thing we can glean from it is "2020" on the far right.

It's possible, but unlikely. Probably just done for cinematic effect.

Some quest related to a diner, I assume

"--ration" is probably celebration. It's very likely that it's in that skyraider base, or a new one.

in the seconds where it shows the new items, there is a mythic, and it is air, by the name i believe it will be a wand

Additionally, this is most likely what the Blank Powder is for. It may act as some template that you can apply elements to.

It's the Uth Shrine that we decoded from the Avia Feather.
