Any Class Help Is There Anyways To Untrash Galleon

So i heard a lot of people saying that Galleon are trash because it's aMelee boots with high intelligence req but i seem to like it :/ is there any good build with this?

Meta Builds are kinda boring :/ i just want a fun build

In my opinion, the only reason why it can be considered bad would be its scary -350 Thunder Defense. I will say, however that there is a niche for Intel Melee, its called Heavy Melee. A very similar item is Breakdown, although I don't think it would be logical to use both of them in the same build, as they both reduce your Thunder Defense too much. I will put a build below that uses Breakdown, should you wish to use it.

Anima-Infused Helmet (Thunder Defense and Spell Damage)
Puppeteer (65% Melee and 28% ws at max, Taurus was too expensive sp wise, so I had to use this)
Vaward (Spells, Melee, and SP, oh boy)
Galleon (Center of Build)

Prism x2 (Defenses, SP)
Vanguard (Vaward as a Bracelet without sp)
Golemlus Core (Regen)

Stinger

Considering the current meta builds are "stand still and watch the enemy kill themselves", and "hit them once and they die immediately", Kinda boring is an understatement

 

Pisces would be a good helmet (Water/Earth)

Using that, a nice build would be :

Pisces (Earth/Water)
Puppeteer (Walkspeed + Melee, Brings Melee to 100%)
Elder Oak Roots (Earth / Water Damage)
Galleon (Main part of the build)

Force Loop (Earth)
Magical Loop (Water)
Scalding Band (Water Damage and Spell)
Barbaric Amulet (Melee and Earth)

ikr, i preffer strategy builds, like my current build, isn't in the meta and is fun to play with it
