Woodcutting Camp

Hello, I am doing the underice camp. I was using the map and everything I can find to find the woodcutting camp. Can I get some help? And how does the bait work?

Also, off-topic but: I was killing Gregg'r in Green Skinned Trouble and unfortunately he dashed around and killed me. I respawned in the starter camp- the place you spawn before Ragni while this was in Llevigar. And now I forgot to buy a scroll and I have to travel back by boat
