Buying Cage Of Bones

I am looking for the legendary, lvl 57, chest plate called "Cage of Bones"
I am willing to pay up to 1 Le or more depending on the stats.
The stats in which I am looking for is for very high bonus damage (whole number and/or percent), fire damage, health bonus, and a low negative health regen rate.
