    If you're literally just starting (lvl 1-20) then max strenght and put earth powders on your wand.
    Later on max intel as Yuno said.

    I am in lvl 70+ mage and what i did is everything around 20 or 30+ (Depends on your level) The rest of the SP i use in my intell to keep it high so yu can spam spells.
