    The livestream was like 5-6 months ago and it looked pretty finished at the live stream
    i assume they decided to add a lot more quests/area or something big because if not someone probably fucked up

    Well builds being finished does not mean that content is finished. We want to make sure it's actually a fun province to be in. Otherwise we would have just released the map by itself during Christmas.
