Assassin/Ninja Help Thunder Sanctuary Build?

    Hey, I'm looking for a glass cannon build for Assassin that utilizes the Thunder Sanctuary pants, preferably with +1 attack speed or higher and lifesteal.
    Also please no mythics, I can't afford any with my massive 32 EB.

    It was a joke, I actually have like 3 LE but still the point was that I don't want builds with mythics.

    Probably not due to Chaos' severe reduction of element damage totally ruining the point of running Thunder Sanctuary.
