Presumed Skeleton Dungeon Glitch

Me and my friend were doing the skeleton dungeon, when the server was about to change. We were both in that tunnel you go through for putting the 26 Golden Blocks in the hopper, when we were both kicked because the server had to restart. When i came back, I was on top of everything, i was on the roof, and i saw some command blocks 'n crap. So, i decided to walk around and i eventually found myself in this weird nether-y type of area and took a couple screenshots. (I didn't report this on the Bug Reports tab b/c i didn't know how to maneuver it xd)

 

Just type /kill to get back to the map, don't walk around out there please.

 

I did just now, i just wanted to warn people about it.
