Assassin/Ninja Help Roulette Builds?

Hey, I'm a level 83 Assassin looking for some good builds for the Roulette daggers. Any help? Please have your suggestions be in a reasonable level for me and not like level 98.

why use roulette when u can buy a cata and use that? :D

 

Cause that's diddly darn lvl 96 and I'm a lvl 83.
Also what you think I'm a tycoon? I literally got stuck on this quest where I needed to give someone 20 EB xD.

 

There are plenty of people who provide help for free, like me lol.

 

Beneath the Depths requires you to give an NPC 20 EB

Partially related to the build, does raw damage increase stack with damage% increase, and if so is raw damage calculated first?

 

No, raw damage is calculated afterwords, which is why Cancer-Taurus works-or worked, before the nerfs to Taurus

Yet it uses a mythic - If using Voidstone Esbald it is worse when fighting element tanks due to Raw Damage's (and about 4.5k Poison's) ability to hit through defenses.

 

Before the nerf you could use items like Alkatraz and it'd work. Now we have to use items like Chakram

Void stone escaped would still be better, it actually does pierce the majority of the element defense on tanks, but I suppose this one would be better in that regard. But people still don't seem to realize that my build is practically designed for pve.
