Archer/Hunter Ender's Archer Build?

Tanky Build sux, i just notice 'bout that in my last build thread. So i bring my i-hope-isn't-generic-build

Aries (33% ws, thorns, sp, and melee)
Boreal-Patterned Aegis (20% ws, 2/4 mr, 25% reflection, some defense...)
Hephaestus-Forged Greaves (do i really need to explain this?)
Capricorn (besides the health, those are pretty nice ids, try to get one with 2/4 mr and max or near max ws)

Prism (it worked properly for me, i need those sp, refelction and defense)
Prism (copy and paste that up here for me, thanks)
Follow the Wind (try to get a max ws one)
Royal Cyclone Amulet (10% ws)

Cluster (Neutral dmg, for bosses like Qira or Bob with a lot of elemental def)
Gale's Force (again, do i really need to explain this?)
Stinger (use 3 tier VI earth powders on it, is op, believe me)

 

Stinger with earth powders is better :/

Also follow the wind got some negatives so maybe contrail?
