Why Do Ppl Put Fire Powders On Fatal?

I dun know man

cuz the special from fire powders is Courage, a thing that increases the dmg a lot

10 char = 10 characters

 

but why on a thunder dmg weapon

 

courage doubles damage :D
cause fatal is a dex weapon, and a chance to quadruple damage

but what applies first, the dmg from the crit or the dmg from courage ?

Because of Courage.
Courage is the fire powder offensive special (On weapons) that you get when using 2 tier 4 or above powders on a certain weapon.
You can charge it by melee-hitting mobs.
Once fully charged it is activated with shift + left click (You'll lose the charge if you switch to a different weapon).
What it does is basically insanely buff all kinds of damage that all allies near you and yourself do for a few seconds.
This includes poison, Spell, And melee damage.
Yeah... Kinda broken isn't it?

It's also good to mention that the higher powder tier you'll use the more damage buff you'll get from courage, For example the damage buff that 2 tier 4 powders will give would be much less than 2 tier 6.

 

i know what special abilities do lol i just thought courage only affected fire dmg

 

Common mistake since all the other damage-buff specials only buff the damage of their own element, But no, Courage increases all kinds of damage.

 

Dex doubles damage, and courage triples damage (+240% = damage x (1+2.6))

 

Ok I didn't understand this either. But I still hate the look of a thunder weapon with fire powders xD.

 

The When I Use Fatal I have Two Thunder Then On my next slot I have My hive infused wand with 3Fire powders and 2Water I thk.

Edit When I mean next slot I mean hot bar slot.
