    Needs to have
    5-6 Agility
    7-8 Walk Speed
    5-6 Spell damage

    I don't know about specific stats, but when I was lv75 I would loot the t4 chests near cinfras and get atleast two ghosts a day, you might wanna look into that. Google "Tier 4 Chests Cinfras" look for a video by either Sebs or Glitched
