Mage/Dark Wizard Need Help And Suggestions On A Mana Regen/ Tank Build

To start off, let me specify what I'm going after. I seek a mage build that focuses on elemental defenses, a large health pool, and mana regen. Health regen is not needed so I want to focus on those three factors.
Please specify armor pieces, jewelry, and weapon(s).

Before anyone asks why I'm going for a build like this and not focusing some on damage, I'll explain. This build is for survivability. The build should allow the mage to take blows like a tank while spamming consistent damage. The damage will be low of course, but it's consistent due to mana regen and should be satisfactory.
