Buying [bought] Chestplate Of Ineptitude (offering Up To 16le)

Really want to buy a good inep, will overprice it if needed, but must be worth it.
I am only interested in the ones with decent stats, and will pay up to 16 LE on a maxed out bullseye one.

Maxed melee AND 2 tier CoI go for A LOT

 

Sorry, I didn't know it was that expensive. Most of the ones I saw were around 2 LE (probably weren't maxed, only found old threads). Please tell me the right price so I can fix

 

I asked a trusted source, about 17 LE, good job with the title change XD

 

I though "hmm, I think I can put another number there. 60 is too much, I don't have 60 LE. Let's put a 1" xD

 

When dealing with godly items, especially useful ones, the smaller ids REALLY begin to matter.

The Raw melee on a max melee % CoI can drive the value up to ~24 le. Just max with +2 tier is worth ~17 le, yeah.

 

Well, I can negotiate the price, I just need to find someone selling one. :S
