    Okay so if a tier 1 powder is 1EB then a tier 2 powder will be 4EB then a tier 3 powder will be 16EB then a tier 4 powder will be 1LE then a tier 5 powder will be 4LE.

    Oh so sorry, last i checked tier 1 was 1EB. I have never seen tier 1 for 32EB on the forums. Might I ask where you found this.
