Lore/Story Got Stuck In The Rat Dungeon (stream)

So last night I streamed the first episode of Wynncraft when in the middle on the stream I was stuck between the challenge and the boss (in the sewer pipe). So then I found the Same complaint by someone else, it appears I had to use 1.10 so it would let me through. Because of that glitch I wasted both of my decrepit keys for nothing. If only staff could give me both of those uselessly used keys back...Here:

I just imagine someone who didn't watch the first 3 minutes of the video see this message.

 

It's not like it is that hard to get keys back, just look for Key Guardians around the dungeon entrance or the emerald trail.
