Mythic Drops

Does anyone know that if mythic drops are 7/1mil when you kill a mob or when the mob drops an item?

As in is the chance that you get the mythic on killing the mob or is the chance that the item (if one is dropped) the mob drops is a mythic

 

I believe that Mythic-tiers drop 7/1000000 when you kill a mob, not when a mob drops an item. My reasoning is that it deals with drop chance, which typically, is defined as the chances in which something is dropped by a mob.

Thanks so much guys! :D Do you know if loot bonus affects it?

 

I'm fairly certain Loot Bonus makes it more likely to get items and gear and more emeralds rather than junk items, but it might do that aswell.
