Can't Find My Temple Of Legend Hats

I have two accounts level 68+ (Level 93 and 75) and have done the quest temple of legends two times and when I was looking through my banks (and storage accounts) I couldn't one of the hats! I'm trying to help my friend complete Temple of Legends but can't get in. Can anyone help?

 

/fixquests or /questfix idk which one exactly but do that on both the classes (allthough you shouldnt really Need 2 at the same time)

No Problem, the command is there because wynncraft generally has Troubles with not glitching items away (which can be extremely frustrating with something like mythics) but it's still all in minecraft so hey.
