Let's face it. There is zero reason to make a melee build specifically for PvE (or PvP for that matter). Spells are just much more versatile. You need to devote at least two-thirds of your equipment so that your melee DPS will be higher than your spell DPS (and 9 times out of 10 by decreasing your spell DPS so melee will be 'higher'). You don't need to be tanky in PvE. As long as you don't have any elemental weaknesses and a reasonable of defense and/or agility, it's hard to die by mobs unless you make suicidal decisions.

As I said before, you don't need a specific build to be good at PvE. You only need specific builds for boss fights. You don't need melee to 'shred almost everything pve related without any effort whatsoever'. I'm going to name some items off the top of my head and it will be just as, if not more, efficient at PvE than your melee exploding build:

Mountaintop
Silkweb Mail
Caterpillar
Fermion

Suppression
Raindrop
Nebulous
Royal Dusty Amulet

Cockleburr

Is there really any reason to go up to mobs and swing in their face when you can actually make use of Assassin's utility and kill mobs safely without endangering yourself?

How did you convince yourself that you don't WANT Poison to activate? For the sake of convenience of selling this Grimtrap for a high price? Poison DOES matter, especially when you're stubborn enough to dedicate an entire builds just for PvE. MELEE PvE. If there was a world record for most stubborn approach to inefficiency, you would be second only to your pride.

You say it's based on Exploding + Lifesteal, but you and I and everyone with a right mind all know that is merely due to the fact that your Poison is being topped by Ag3nt. His Grimtrap is better in terms of ID distribution. It's a fact. You gotta face facts. Evading facts by ignoring them actually has a specific phrase, I believe it's called Willful Ignorance. Take a second to think to yourself, would you still be keeping up your relentless debate if you just accepted the fact that your Grimtrap is inferior to Ag3nt's, even if only slightly?

I am absolutely sickened by people like you who are bent on making profit. Players aren't stupid, so don't assume them to be. However I'm sure you and your brilliancy in marketing has already figured that out, therefor you chose to use the second approach of, oh what's the word? Oh right, alternate facts, in order to attract customers.

If there was one thing that's more infuriating than your stubbornness in profit-making, it would probably be my excessive rhetorical questions in this reply. You may feel free to answer those rhetorical questions, but being rhetorical they are, either everyone knows what you're going to say or you're lying.

A melee lifesteal Grim build is perfect for guild wars.
I'm quite sure that is what orange is going for, to help his new guild.

Therefore he personally values lifesteal and no negative mana steal the most, and those stats are what he pays the most for. So he can easily melee down huge hordes of mobs without losing all of his mana.

you have 42/4s more lifesteal (thats neglible, and honestly, does not even matter, 42 ls is basically nothing, especially when you consider how it activates)
I have 5 more STR, which does matter, because it gives a ~2% damage buff (gotta take watcha get).
you have no -1/4s, which doesn't matter on most grims, the best ones have -1/4s, like @Ag3nt , and @Beastovrlrd 's grimtrap. Those are worth quite a bit still with -1/4s.
I have 1 less ws (this doesn't even matter)
I have 3% more thorns (neglible, doesn't really matter)
I have max earth def, (doesn't really matter, but still helpful, sorta)
I have shit poison, you have somewhat less shit poison. There really is no argument that can be made here, nobody in their right minds would use grimtrap for poison as I stated before, even if it helps, the way my melee build works, it doesn't matter to me.

Beast and Agent, if you could say how much my grim is WORTH, then the value of his grimtrap, that would be nice.

I think mine is ~9-10 stx based on how much you bought Homruh's for, Agent, and I think Siradm's grimtrap is ~8-9 stx.

I would do the trade if u add a stack le, which I think is reasonable (if you don't want to, just say no. no need to argue with me more).

the negative ms balances out the grims somewhat, with your lack of poison and strength. It's ideal for my build, because the -1/4s (I have 62% exploding) makes me basically instantly lose all my mana whenever I melee a group of mobs.
