Should I Use Powders?

    I'm level 38 and I have a legendary dagger I could use (Influence) with pretty good IDs. I have 3 thunder IV powders. Should I wait til I get a thunder V powder or should I just use one of my IV powders?

    I'd use 1 T4 rn, then save the rest.

    For a low level id start off with just T1 powders. As you get to be a higher level in the 70s - 100 is a good time to use T5s and 6s.
