Anyone Having This Server Issue? - Downloading Terrain Taking Forever Only For Wynncraft Servers

Basically when you try to join a server. (Wynncraft server, not the lobby, although the lobby lags as well when you try to connect).
It is just showing "Downloading Terrain" and it never connects you to the server.

I am stuck in "Downloading Terrain" for like almost 10 minutes

 

This usually doesn't happen to me, but it does quite a bit when I use WynnEnhanced. Maybe that's your problem?

Here it takes 30 minutes for a full server.

This happens to be pretty much every time I join. I believe it is cause the resource pack is loading, and on a slow internet connection it takes a long time. I've had to wait 15+ mins to join. It's a lot faster log in if you join under 15 people worlds.

 

it's not the resource pack loading, it is just downloading terrain. And even if I am able to enter a server, the server will continue to lag, I can tell because the music is all messed up.

And when the "Downloading Terrain" screen is on, I can minimise and maximise the Minecraft window.

This problem started a few days ago, the network speed and ping to wynncraft is the usual ones for me - So it is not my network issue
The problem only happen for Wynncraft servers, not other multiplayer server - So it is not my computer's issue

 

Problems because it happened:
Entity World * 3 +
A lot's of terrain (70-80 Y level of the normal terrain wich makes rlly laggy!) +
Slow connection (under 5MB)

 

My current internet speed.

Like I said, this issue just started like 2 to 3 days ago, no such issue happened before

 

Then i don't know, if is not the connection then i'm curious too because it happened

that speed test isnt going to tell you much though... It really depends on how far you are away from the server itself. the speed test cannot tell you your ping on the server. not to mention any lag the server is happening at the time or even mojangs servers. I have experienced this but only on wynncraft enhanced like the others have stated. I would imagine it does not have anything to do with internet speeds though but instead your computer itself. Dont know if you have optifine installed but you very well should get it if you dont.

 

I have the same problem but it's because of my shitty internet, it's not because of the computer at all @KyuubiFox , optifine don't change anything.

Anyway, if you find a way to fix it, i'm interested.

 

for some reason it's not lagging when the server is in peak hours. aka night time in Asia.
But in the afternoon, well good luck trying to connect

This happens to me all of the time. It's super annoying.

 

It's been happening to me every once in a while since the Gavel update.

Then the gameplay update came around and I've been having it till I lost access to my account.
