    I'm either going to guess this has something to do with the Ahms region or the avos....

    also the second line seems to read

    The lore is most likely referring to the Uth rune. However we don't know what the 'sl' could spell... probably a location?
    Could the feather be used to craft Uth runes? And with those Uth runes to craft a Corkus dungeon key (if there even will be dungeons)?
    And if that's true, will the other runes be used in different locations?

    I'm probably 98% wrong but who cares anyway.

    Guys, I think the 'Sl' is actually 'Sh'. "Use this at a Uth Shop." Special Nii Rune shops? That'd be cool.

    Uth is the name of another type of rune. (source)

    Perhaps we're going to be seeing more dungeons in Gavel or Corkus?

    Maybe there's a specific rune for each (new) province? Not sure if each province is associated with a specific colour or not but if they are...

    well the order of the runes is

    Nii > Tol > Uth > Ek > Az

    And the progression of province release is probs gonna be

    Wynn > Gavel > corkus > fruma > dern

    i mean why assume the runes are all assigned to all 5 of those in order? the next update is the CORKUS update and uth runes are being added in the CORKUS update
