SPOILER Ragni Scroll Merchant Has Some Problems

One day me and my friend where trying to get some bob tears in Ragni (we got none) and my friend found some notes (renamed paper in item frames) in an "upstairs" area of the Ragni Scroll Merchant house.
I haven't found an order to the notes yet but here the notes are! (I still don't know how to do pictures!)

Note that the Iron door is sometimes open sometimes closed, I recommend switching servers to try and find one where it's open. I have no idea if there is a pressure plate or pattern to the opening and closing of the door.

 

Probably from Bob. That's just the first thing that comes to mind when mentioning a mum that is needing to be found (His mother is dead)

I wasn't trying to be insulting, sorry. Yes, it makes complete sense as Bob was born in the sewers of Ragni, as his mother, Momo, died during childbirth (?) He was then brought up until he was 12 (?) where he was taking under training of Chak(ram) Ethe(real), Fier(te) and Mael(strom)
