Mage/Dark Wizard Help Mage Tank Build

Quite new to Wynncraft. I do understand a couple of things and want to know what to do toward endgame. I want a tanky mage build but it would be nice to also have a little mana regen and spell damage (or melee damage). I definitely want to focus on the tanky side but not so much that I do no damage. Please give suggestions on a endgame build and specify the armor, accessories, weapons, skill points, etc. Thank you!

EDIT: Ah sorry when I say "new" I mean as 1-2 weeks in. Currently lvl 58 and plan to be 70 by next week :)

Statue for an emergency
Literally any wand you want that has mana regen
