Jester Necklace Glitch

    So I just noticed that the jester necklace has a glitch. I am wearing it currently and I noticed that my stats haven't improved much at all. It seems as though the set bonus is applied. my jester necklace has 31% xp and 27% loot. I checked my player stats and my loot improved by 2%, and my xp increased by 6%. Is the player stats false and the xp and loot is really there, or is it a glitch?

    the set bonus for wearing one jester piece is -25% XP and loot

    That isn't a glitch. That's its set bonus. The jester set is made to be like that. However, if you wear all three pieces, you'll get some good benefits, at the cost of XP bonus and loot bonus.

    The set bonus for Jester set is activated even when only wearing one piece.

    It's working as intended... The set bonus shown is what applies for wearing the one piece of the set you have.
