Why Am I Losing Health Whilst I Am Hitting Mobs?

Hi everyone

I am having trouble with losing lots of health whilst killing mobs on my lvl 32 Mage. I am not sure why this is happening. Is there anyone who may have an idea? There is an image below showing my stats.

maybe your weapon has -lifesteal

Thank you! I never noticed it... Would the life -lifesteal increase when hitting more mobs?

 

you dont wanna melee a crowd of mobs with a -lifesteal weapon as your health bar will be depleted very quickly

when you hit mutliple mobs at a time it has more chances to happen, for example with my apoc, killing a bunch of mobs at the same time with uppercut will easily get me to full health so maybe it would get you really low... if you're not mage always try to get 0 or +? ls not - its kinda annoying otherwise (ik you're mage but ye)

Yeah, I'm pretty sure your weapon or armor has a negative life steal

 

You can get a piece of armor or accessory to counter that
