Stuck In Beneath The Depth's Quest?

Hi, so I started the quest 'Beneath The Depths' earlier. I made it into the skull, and did the Emerald Block puzzle. I went up the stairs, however I was greeted by a door. I couldn't find any button/sign of what to do. So, I went back down, and that door had closed too. I'm assuming they are meant to be open, and are both triggered by the Emerald Block? Well, now I'm stuck in the stair room, as I have no way out. Is there any button I can press to reopen the door or 'somefin?

I think I was in the same problem as you, you must do /kill. I have tried to find a button but unfortunately I couldn't. Once you open the doors with the block, go through the stairs room that opens up, go up the stairs, then go strait across. Hope this helps!
